Coaching and consulting at executive level

When I coach and consult executive managers, other managers and key employees, I combine my own experience as a global leader with business knowledge and deep professionalism within business psychology. I know the business and organisational challenges that executive leaders and key employees face, and I know the psychological dimensions that come into play. I know how to deal with them.

This means that my coaching does not consist of a ‘what do you think yourself’ solution. I listen and ask questions – but I also provide advice and guidance, bring my own experience into play, say what I think and challenge. I also keep quiet and give room for reflection when this cheap rolex replica is what is needed.

I have assessed, coached and consulted more than 3,000 Danish and foreign executives and key employees regarding their challenges in global and complex organisations within a broad spectrum of industries.
