When I coach and consult executive managers, other managers and key employees, I combine my own experience as a global leader with business knowledge and deep professionalism within business psychology. I know the business and organisational challenges that executive leaders and key employees face, and I know the psychological dimensions that come into play. I know how to deal with them.
This means that my coaching does not consist of a ‘what do you think yourself’ solution. I listen and ask questions – but I also provide advice and guidance, bring my own experience into play, say what I think and challenge.
