Kasper Kold Business Psychology is owned and operated by business psychologist Kasper Kold, MBA, M.Sc. Psychology.

I carry out HR and organisational tasks at a strategic level, primarily for multinational and global businesses, including Denmark’s largest companies within and outside of C20. I provide personal sparring, mentoring and coaching to executives and other key employees.

I have many years of experience as a leader, HR Manager and HR Director in multinational and global businesses at operational and strategic levels. My experience includes working extensively with strategic HR and organisational development as a business psychologist and consultant at executive level – with leaders, managers and key employees around the world. I have a unique educational background that combines psychology (M.Sc.) and business (MBA), and have received further education from leading business schools and other educational institutions on an ongoing basis.

When I help managers and organisations to develop, I base my consulting and sparring on three strong competences:

Commercial knowledge and mindset using my own experience with organisation and leadership development in large, complex businesses.

Thoroughgoing and professionally based psychological knowledge about human behaviour and the human psyche in a commercial context.

Practical experience with transforming visions and strategies into operational reality in complex organisational interrelationships across all leadership hierarchies, organisational boundaries and national borders.

My core competence is working with the field of tension between people, organisations and business: Knowledge about and understanding of the mutual interactions – and insight into and an ability to influence human, organisational and business performance.
